John has always handled high volume headshot jobs including the franchise Stagecoach Theatre Schools and the prestigious Sylvia Young Theatre School Agency. John had find a way to electronically process thousand of images a year.
John processes over 4300 clients and 40,000 images every year, is in charge of PQA and Quirky Kidz photography, and still manages to keep his golf handicap down !
A lot of self employed businesses fail because their business model is not scalable. John will take you through why an automated workflow is essential in the growth of your business.
The workshop is for beginners and tech savvy alike. The idea is to get you to ‘think different’ in all aspects of your workflows and your business timescales. John will touch on technologies such as Filemaker, Automator and AppleScript and workshop will include a live demo of an actual shoot from taking stage to the final retouched images. At the end there will be an open discussion about your own methods and problems and pitfalls you may have.
This workshop will give you valuable insights into creating a workflow that allows you more time to focus on being more creative and less administration.
